“ Best bbq we've had in a long time. Bakers are so good and so big! Meat was so tender and tasty! Dog friendly patio! ”
“ Went yesterday afternoon around 2:30 and it was the perfect time. Got a menu, picked a place to sit, ordered at the bar. I love that kind of set up. I had the brisket baker potato and WOW. I'm not big on bbq, but this place knows how to do it! The grape habanero sauce was so perfect with it.. had to have the smoked mac n cheese. What do ya know, that was perfect too. Can't wait to come back and bring friends. Great outdoor seating! ”
“ NEW FAVORITE BBQ PLACE! First time here and will definitely be coming back. Fast service, very friendly and great smoked meats. ”
“ Could not ask for more. Came here on Saturday afternoon and Mike the owner immediately greeted us from behind the bar. He was standing and talking with other customers, taking orders and serving drinks. We decided to sit inside despite the large patio out back. The food (3 meat plate and lean brisket plate) were both delicious. The brisket had a great bark! A couple of days later we ran into Mike at another lunch place in town and he immediately recognized us. What a great experience and establishment. We will be back! ”
“ Never been to Port St Joe in my life. Couldn’t even tell you where it was on a map before today. All I know is I went to an event catered by these guys and it was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had some good stuff. I’d make the 2 hour trip just to get more. If you’re in a half hour radius, you’re truly blessed. ”
“ Fresh off the pit BBQ! Big outdoor dining patio for family and kids. Suggest ordering family stay meal to feed a crowd! ”
“ Amazing place for delicious BBQ! Order at the bar - if you’re eating in they will give you a table number and bring it out. We sat outside under the umbrellas - not much seating inside but that’s okay!! The woman who took our order was extremely friendly and checked on us while we were eating. The self serve drink station was a favorite of my teenagers daughters! The food was absolutely delicious - the giant baked potato was probably the most delicious potato I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. All and all this place is a must if you’re into BBQ! The outside area had plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy and relax while eating. We came in around 3pm and it was picking up a bit but still pretty slow. We were from order to eating in under 15 minutes. ”
“ Brisket is KILLER. Worth the up charge on a combo. Homemade BBQ sauce is phenomenal. Sweet and spicy has habanero and the sweet bourbon is pretty great too (considering it's not a Kentucky made sauce ) Blues music playing on the speakers makes for a great ambiance. Small hole in the wall place, but really great food and food smells amazing from the street! Check this hidden gem out! ”
